DESCRIPTION:BHS member\, John Hay\, has a long family association with Bellerive. In the 1870s his grandfather\, an entertainer\, appeared at the Bellerive Institute. His father had the “The Gem” Milk Bar & Delicatessen built in the 1950s. And John attended the old Bellerive State School until grade 5 from 1952. At the meeting John will tell us about his experiences and long association with Bellerive.
