DESCRIPTION:Tunnel Hill Mushrooms is a Tasmanian based company specialising in the production of gourmet mushrooms. The mushrooms are grown in a historic railway tunnel that was once a section of the Bellerive to Sorell railway line which operated from 1892 to 1926. \nA video by our own Peter Oldham about the farm and mushroom production will be shown\, followed by a talk and Q & A session with Dean Smith from Tunnel Hill Mushrooms.
